In 2016, I walked away from cleaning ducts for someone else, took out a second mortgage, crossed my fingers, and started HepaVac from scratch. My goal was simple: to be the best duct cleaner in Minnesota.

The first truck wrap said: "You deserve better, Minnesota!" – because I was frustrated with how ineffective most duct cleaning services were. Too many companies used shady business practices, cutting corners and overcharging customers. I knew there had to be a better way.
